Not going to get these again By alliei_23, January 05, 2012
I also have the same problems. my purses have milk, juice, and water marks.. yuk and I am also trying to find out a contact number so I can get a refund. I have a brand new package if the insulated straw cups and I don't have the receipt now :( it's money well wasted.
LEAKS By geckogirl_87, November 16, 2011
I here you on that one, I get puddles everywhere with all the straw cups as well. I feel like I have tried them all, tried every possible position to keep them from leaking and nothing. I sent playtex a message a few weeks ago but I guess I didn't get a message back because I wasn't a member at the time..maybe I'll try again now =( I don't know how to contact either but I'm guessing playtex the makers of the cups would be a good start

I absolutely despise these cups. They are constantly leaking....water, milk you name it, it's constantly running or dripping out of the straw. If I leave it sitting on the counter and come back in 10 minutes there will be a puddle on the counter.....very annoying.....I've used the cup in more than once province thinking maybe its the elevation in relation to sea level....nope thats not it either....these cups are being recycled at my house. If I knew who to contact I would ask for my $$ back.
