Banana Nut Bread

13/4  all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 3 ripe)
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 liquid honey
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

1. In a bowl, sift together flour, baking soda and salt.

2. In another bowl, beat eggs. Stir in bananas, oil, honey and brown sugar.

3. Stir dry ingredients into banana mixture until combined. Fold in Walnuts

4. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan. Bake in preheated oven for 11/4 hours or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean. Let pan cool on rack for 15 minutes. Run knife around edge; turn out loaf and let cool on rack.
