Broccoli, Turkey and Cheese Wrap

1 sprouted whole-grain tortilla
1 cup frozen broccoli florets
1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
1 clove minced garlic
1/4 red bell pepper, finely chopped
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
Old Bay seasoning, to taste
1/4 cup shredded low-fat cheddar cheese
2 ounces chopped deli turkey

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wrap tortilla in foil and place in oven on a rack while you prepare the filling, warming the tortilla about 8-10 minutes.

2. Place the broccoli in a microwave-safe dish and heat on high for 2 minutes.

3. Heat the extra virgin olive oil in a small non-stick skillet over medium-high heat; add garlic, red bell pepper, and red onion. Sauté vegetables for 3-4 minutes, or until soft. Add broccoli florets. Season vegetables with Old Bay Seasoning. Add the cheese and turkey and cook, stirring constantly, until cheese melts.

4. Remove warm tortilla from the oven and transfer to a large plate. Place broccoli, cheese and turkey filling on the tortilla and roll.
