Fruit Smoothie for Baby

2 cups favourite fruits cut into similar-sized chunks (start with peaches and bananas)
1/2 cup plain whole milk yogurt
1 tbsp flaxseed meal

Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth

Note: as baby gets older try experimenting with different fruits.
