Peach and Almond Smoothie

1/2 cup low-fat organic milk or plain unsweetened soy milk
4 ounces silken tofu
3/4 cup frozen peaches
2 teaspoons almond butter
1 teaspoon pure almond extract
1 teaspoon raw honey (optional)

1. Place all ingredients in a blender; process for one minute or until smooth and creamy.
